Nope, it is a different "JM" -- Joe Mloganoski, co-founder of Two-Rock. The top signature is Bill Krinard's (the other co-founder of Two-Rock).

IMO one should take into account the possibility, that at the time when #009 lost its original knobs, its original circuit perhaps was altered, too.
